Strategies for Attracting and Retaining International Talent
Europe is ageing and the proportion of the working population is declining. By 2050, people over 65 will make up almost 40% of the population almost everywhere in Europe. Recruiting skilled workers from abroad is one of many instruments of active demographic prevention. What strategies do successful companies pursue when recruiting qualified specialists from third countries? How do they ensure that international specialists feel at home in the company? What are the challenges in practice and what common, creative and innovative solutions are there? These and other questions are the focus of this panel discussion.
