ICBC Austria Bank GmbH (ICBC Austria) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). ICBC Austria was awarded a full-function commercial bank license by European Central Bank and the Austrian Financial Market Authority in August 2018 and officially opened in Vienna in May 2019. As the CEE regional center of ICBC, ICBC Austria is based in Vienna and steadily expands business opportunities in CEE markets, with the aim to build bridge between China, Austria and other CEE countries.
